Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products made through the Fibernium website, between:

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the Fibernium website.

Each product comes with a description allowing the Customer to learn about its essential characteristics.

Product photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.

The business operates under the French micro-entreprise regime:
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Fibernium reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

The ordering process includes:

  • Selecting products

  • Confirming the cart

  • Entering customer information

  • Secure payment

  • Order confirmation

A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those offered through Shopify (credit/debit card, etc.).

Transactions are secured through the provider’s payment systems.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered within Metropolitan France.

  • Shipping costs: Free

  • Processing time: 24 business hours

  • Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days

A tracking number is provided after shipment.

Fibernium cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return procedures are detailed in the Return Policy available on the website.

8. Legal warranties

Products are covered by the following legal warranties:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

9. Liability

Fibernium cannot be held liable for:

  • damages resulting from improper use of the product

  • website interruptions or bugs

  • force majeure events (strikes, disasters, etc.)

10. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders.

It is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the Fibernium website are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

12. Governing law and disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Failing that, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
