The texts, photographs, logos, videos and graphic elements of the site are the property of Fibernium or are used with the permission of their owners. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Google and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. These trademarks are mentioned solely to indicate product compatibility. Fibernium is neither affiliated with these companies nor approved or sponsored by them.
4. Customer reviews
The reviews displayed on the site are collected using the Judge.me application, mainly through an invitation sent by e-mail after an order has been delivered. Reviews marked “Verified” (“Vérifié”) come from customers whose purchase has been confirmed. Fibernium offers no compensation in exchange for a review. Reviews are published without any modification of their content, whether positive or negative, within a maximum of 7 days, and kept for 3 years; only reviews whose content is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product are rejected. By default, they are sorted from most recent to oldest and show their publication date. The author of a review may edit or delete it by writing to contact@fibernium.com; if their review is not published, they are informed of this and of the reason.
5. Personal data
The controller of the personal data collected on the site is Loïs Carlier EI (Fibernium), who can be contacted at contact@fibernium.com. The privacy policy details the data collected, its recipients and your rights. In addition:
- Order management, delivery, customer service and guarantees: performance of the contract. Data kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the statutory limitation periods.
- Accounting and invoicing: legal obligation. Records kept for 10 years.
- Promotional e-mails to customers about products similar to those purchased: legitimate interest, unless you object when ordering, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Data kept for 3 years after your last purchase.
- Newsletter (prospects): consent. Data kept for 3 years after your last contact.
- Audience measurement and advertising: consent, collected via the cookie banner. Cookies kept for a maximum of 13 months; your choice is kept for 6 months.
Recipients: Fibernium, its hosting and payment service providers, its logistics partners and carriers, and the Judge.me review tool. Some of them are located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (copy available on request at contact@fibernium.com).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with regard to your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and to set out instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@fibernium.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse cookies that are not necessary for the site to function (audience measurement, advertising). Refusing does not prevent you from ordering. You can change your choices at any time from the Your privacy choices page. Necessary cookies (cart, payment, security, remembering your choices) are set without consent.
7. Liability
Fibernium endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site and to keep it accessible, but cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. Links to third-party sites are provided for information purposes; Fibernium is not responsible for their content. These provisions do not limit the rights that consumers enjoy under the law.
